I was listening to a morning radio show and they mentioned how NBC decided to LEAVE OUT 'under God' and 'indivisible' in the pledge of allegiance. I grew up saying those two. People are throwing a fit because of it and I believe they should! The radio station mentioned this video and it is so great. Talks about the meaning behind each of the statements. Take some time to listen to it.

I think its absurd that it is even a debate. Makes me sad:( Taking god out of our nation slowly but surely....the one who created us and knows what makes us happy?! So crazy.
how are they just going to change the PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE?! that seems so nutty to me. Way to go NBC!

I completely agree. Whether or not you choose to believe in God, it is traditional and is a part of our nation's historical culture and should be treasured. Just because you say the words doesn't mean Christian's are forcing you to believe in God nor does it teach or force those views upon children who are not their own!
