Greek Turkey Burgers

makes 4-6 burgers

Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 egg, slightly beaten
5 oz frozen spinach, defrosted and drained (I used a 9oz bag...I love spinach like Popeye)
3/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 tsp salt + pinch of pepper

Directions:
Mix together all ingredients with your hands and form four medium sized patties. Cook patties in a greased skillet for about 6 minutes per side, or until meat is completely cooked. Serve on toasted buns with lettuce and ketchup and mustard.

Time:
10 minutes

Nom nom nom!

These look delicious. We make turkey brugers with feta a lot, but it seems like the addition of the spinach and egg could really add a lot! Thanks!
