Tuesday Ramblings

RUDE: For those who don't know, I hosted a bracelet swap. Well, I sent my partner a bracelet and it got stolen from the envelope. Another participant's bracelet broke while in transit. Sigh. At least I know if I do it next time, that they need to be sent in secure packages.

JAX BABY: I took Jax out for an ice cream treat last night at Bruster's Ice Cream. It was our first lil outing together and I was impressed that he behaved.

BLOG LOVE: I have another friend who joined the blogging world, Sara! Go say hi! She is a new momma-to-be!

AWESOMENESS: Apparently, I am awesome. Google told me so. {as if you didn't already know}
Should I add this to my resume? Too much?

JESUS: To be quite honest, I haven't been an honoring child of God lately. I have been real depressed. I hate admitting it but it's true. I read this blog post this morning and it hit home with me. It also gave me a restored hope and trust in Him. If you are single, I do suggest reading it: Waiting for a Husband. God is good. All the time.

Tell me a random ramble about your week so far!

Michelle, I’ve learned that when we are questioning God’s plan, timing, and etc…. we need to be clinging on to Jeremiah 29:11 more than ever. At least that’s what I’ve had to do. Love you, friend!!

Awww, I hope you are feeling more like yourself soon.

And I sure hope your bracelet makes it safe and sound to you, let me know when you get it!

Puppy ice cream rocks.

Also, I would totally cite that google thing as a reference. Google says I'm awesome, so hire me or else.

I cannot wait to read that blog post! I hope you feel less depressed soon, maybe some more ice cream with your dog can temporarily help!
PS if Google says you're awesome, then you have to be!

Sorry that you're feeling down lately love. I know how hard challenges in life can be and how they really take over, not letting you see all the good you really do have.

Just remember, you're awesome!! Google says so!! And so do I :)

I hear ya about not being the greatest daughter God ever asked for right now. But the good thing is that He never stops loving us and we have the chance to have another go and see if we can get it right. I loved that blog post you mentioned. God is indeed good!

Puppy + icecream = adorable!!!

Praying for you this morning! Thanks for being so open here on your blog. I'm excited to hear what God continues to do in your life.

I think "Awesome" is a perfectly acceptable entry for any job resume.

I love that they have dog ice cream!! I have to find a place like that.

Oh my gosh girl! I can't believe that someone stole a bracelet out of the mail... how rude! (imagine a Michelle Tanner voice). I still have to send mine out... oopsie, but that makes me want to send them UPS or something.

My husband and I have been having a heck of a time with the Postal Service here in FL. We filed a complaint against them recently for a lost package. Ugh

P.S. Beach days are therapeutic... (:

I told the post office btw...they apologized and said there wasn't much they could do :( Booo! It's ok...I am just thankful I have made some new bloggy friends through the swap! One thing I can vouch for is God's timing dear...it...is...perfect! Lots of prayers for you! Lindsay :-)
