Miscellany Monday

Oh Monday. Will we ever get along?

Hope y'all had a wonderful weekend and Thanksgiving!

Miscellany Monday @
lowercase letters

*Dinner with a friend, my sister, and her boyfriend.

*There was also a celebrity spotting! Edward Cullen, Jacob, and a headless Bella.

Warning: Image may be too graphic for some...

*Traditional Turkey Trot 5k Thanksgiving morning with a Cracker Barrel breakfast after.

{me and my sis}

*Rivalry Saturday! Dad's famous hot wings, beer, family.
But...the Buckeyes lost. I don't wanna talk about it.

*I'm going to be in and out of the ol blog this week. Mentally preparing myself for my half marathon this Saturday. Had a bad run last night and am trying my hardest to not get discouraged!

{i've requested that these signs be made for me}

*Currently reading:

{Catching Fire and a book on how to study the bible}

Have a great day!

I missed out on the Turkey Trot this year because I was hosting Thanksgiving -- that and I just haven't had the time to train for ANY sort of run with the move. That has thrown me off SO much! It also means no OUC half for me =( so sad! Good luck this coming Saturday I know you are going to do great! =)

Try not to stress about the race this weekend! You'll do great. Training runs are always hard, but once your in the moment of the race, running with hundreds or thousands of other people, you'll do GREAT! Can't wait to hear how it goes!

Any time you need a partner for a long run, let me know. I realize it's a little too close to the half for any long runs at this point - but if there is a next time...... Good luck!

Good luck with your marathon prep! You are far more disciplined than I could ever be even attempting one of these, so I know you can do it!

I really need to get that book on how to study the Bible. I just started a Bible study and need to learn more as their leader.

A turkey trot would be such a great way to start off Thanksgiving day! We ended up going for a walk on the beach after eating dinner because we were both so full of food.

I'm reading Catching Fire right now too! I read The Hunger Games in two days. I couldn't put it down. (:
