Your hair looks fabulous! At least you can run 3 miles, I'm still at the 1-mile mark. Oh, and those arms are pretty amazing!
Hehe girl you are so FIT though! Rock those killer arms! Vomit is right. I know I couldn't run 13.1 much less three, but hey you'll get there, just stick with it. :)

SAME WITH ME!! Ever since the half I cannot run distance! I run like 3.5-4 miles 3 times a week but I have to stop at least once. I finally had my first good run (since Decemeber) like last week..and then I ran a 10k without stopping on Saturday. So weird!

haha, i know exactly how you feel. i'm not a runner, but I run. it's def. different running in an actual race & running on your own, in a race you have more motivation. my last run before my 1/2 marathon, i was dying, but race day I was good. even 3 miles is a lot more than most people will/can run, so you're kicking ass! btw, I have those exact same compression sleeves and they are a LIFESAVER! & you're biceps: hotty toddy.
I can do crazy workouts for days, but run?....forget it!
I'm really into running lately...it's my new favorite hobby! I want to work my way up to 13.1 miles :) Yay for you running even just a little!
